  • Contact Us: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item. Please do not return the item until you receive authorization.

     

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the damaged item only; shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items. Instructions for returning the item will be provided by our customer service team.

 

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are not damaged, or for items returned after the 7-day period. This includes, but is not limited to, items that are used, opened, or otherwise not in their original condition.
